Daytona's newest neighborhoods off LPGA Boulevard and its oldest ones along the river in Holly Hill sit half an hour from us and need opposite things: pads and extensions behind brand-new houses, and whole driveways replaced on 70-year-old ones. We do both, and the commercial work on US-1 in between.
Daytona Beach is the big city at the south end of our range — 88,144 people — and Holly Hill is the 13,000-person town wedged between it and Ormond Beach along the Halifax River and US-1. For us Daytona is mostly the west side: LPGA International and the wave of communities along LPGA Boulevard and Williamson — Latitude Margaritaville with its thousands of 55-plus homes, Mosaic, Grande Champion, the Preserve at LPGA — where the houses are new, the lots are tight, and the calls are for lanai extensions, generator pads, shed and golf-cart pads, and the driveway widening the builder didn't offer. Holly Hill is the opposite: 1950s and '60s concrete-block ranches off Ridgewood Avenue and Nova Road with original driveways and walks that are simply done.
In the LPGA communities we prepare the HOA submittal, match the builder's knockdown lanai, pour generator pads to the installer's drawing and keep the truck off the golf paths. In Holly Hill we replace driveways and walks on compacted sand and fix the aprons at the city curb. And along US-1, International Speedway Boulevard, Nova Road and Beville Road we do the commercial work that keeps a business open — ADA sidewalks and ramps, dumpster pads, drive-through panels, curbs — with early pours and high-early mixes. Daytona Beach and Holly Hill each issue their own permits; Daytona Beach Shores and the unincorporated pockets go through Volusia County.

Do you really come down to Daytona?
Yes — the LPGA corridor is about thirty minutes from Palm Coast on I-95, and we're there for pads, lanais and HOA work most weeks. Holly Hill and the commercial corridors are on the way.
What does Latitude Margaritaville's HOA want for a lanai extension or a pad?
An architectural submittal with a drawing, the finish and the color, and compliance with the community's setback and screening rules for anything in a side yard. We prepare it. The city of Daytona Beach permit applies on top for structural slabs and enclosures.
Can you replace a Holly Hill driveway that's 70 years old?
That's most of our Holly Hill work. The old slab comes out, the sand gets compacted for the first time since 1955, and a new reinforced driveway goes in with an apron at the city curb — under a right-of-way permit for the curb cut if it changes.
Can you pour a dumpster pad without closing my lot?
Yes — a 6 AM pour with a high-early-strength mix, coned off, and the pad takes the truck within a day or two. We schedule around your pickup day and send the certificate of insurance your property manager will ask for.
Do you work in Daytona Beach Shores and Port Orange?
The Shores, yes, through Volusia County's permit office. Port Orange and South Daytona are at the edge of our range — call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get there for the job.
