Financing for driveways, decks, patios and foundations
A driveway and an apron together can run into five figures, and a foundation slab more. We offer financing through a third-party lender so the job gets done right instead of in pieces.
How it works
When you get your written estimate, ask about financing. We work with a third-party consumer lender that offers 12-month same-as-cash plans — no interest if paid in full within the promotional period — and longer fixed-rate plans of up to 10 years for larger projects like a driveway and apron, a new pool deck, a stamped patio or an addition slab. Applications take a few minutes online, decisions are usually immediate, and approval is subject to credit. The lender's terms, rates and disclosures are provided at application; we don't set them and we don't add to them.
What people finance
- A driveway replacement with a new swale apron and culvert — the most common financed job, usually $9,000 to $16,000 together.
- A new pool deck or a full deck resurfacing with foam lifting.
- A stamped patio or lanai extension with a screen enclosure to follow.
- An addition, garage or workshop foundation — often combined with the builder's financing.
- Storm repairs while an insurance claim is pending.
Insurance and storm damage
Concrete damaged by a hurricane — an apron washed out by surge, a pool deck undermined, a slab cracked by a fallen tree — may be covered under your homeowners policy depending on the cause and your deductible. We document the damage with dated photos and an itemized estimate you can send to your carrier; we don't offer coverage opinions, and your deductible is always yours to pay. Flood damage is a separate policy.
Paying without financing
A deposit for materials when the truck is ordered, the balance when you've walked the finished slab. Check, card, ACH or cash. No deposit until you've approved the written price and we've scheduled the pour.
